Iam elf Paakari, (baker) by the heart and a big lover of Christmas pastries. My favourite thing to do is roll the gingerbread dough with my tiny rolling pin. A tiny piece of dough might wander into my mouth and get my taste buds into Christmas spirit. Yum!
